I originally met with Sue at my Mother’s unit a couple of months before. She was punctual and friendly and we talked about how we should market the almost 40 year old unit. Options were discussed, but we decided to market the unit as is – no refurbishment to be done, but Sue noted it could be made more saleable with a few little touches like bed covers, cushions, plants etc. Of course, the unit had to be totally cleaned out, but Sue encouraged me to leave the furniture, albeit dated, as a selling point. Consequently, after discussions with Sue, we decided to take the best offer. The property had sold within 2 days! Sue made herself available throughout the whole process and was very professional and helpful at all times. The settlement went through without any problems as well. I would definitely recommend Sue to anyone wanting to use an agent who’s manner is friendly, understanding and calm, but totally professional in her approach.
